Vectinous is a browser extension that estimates how much an AI chatbot's answer depends on the wording of your question. This policy explains exactly what data it touches and where that data goes. It is intentionally short because the extension is intentionally simple.
chrome.storage.local. It is used solely to authenticate your own requests to OpenRouter.
It is never sent to the developer or to any server other than OpenRouter. When you click Check stability, the question you entered (and several reworded variations of it that the tool generates to measure framing) is sent to OpenRouter (openrouter.ai), which forwards it to a large language model to be scored. This is the only external service the extension contacts, and it happens only when you actively run a check. OpenRouter's handling of that request is governed by their own privacy policy.
Your API key and preferences remain in your browser until you remove them (via the extension, or by uninstalling it). The developer stores nothing.
